Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026 (beta)

toolc.dev is operated by Bryan Healey ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

toolc compiles tool surfaces you configure (MCP servers and REST APIs) into hosted MCP endpoints, and logs traffic through those endpoints so you can observe and improve them. The service is in beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to connect the downstream servers and API keys you configure. Your endpoint secret and connected credentials are yours to protect; rotate them if exposed. Do not use the service to violate law or third-party terms.

Billing

Usage is metered and billed monthly through Stripe at the rates shown in the console. The free tier requires no payment method. We may suspend endpoints with sustained unpaid usage.

Data

Call logs (including arguments and results when payload logging is on) are stored to provide the product and are retained until you delete the workspace. Downstream credentials are stored encrypted and never shown after saving. Deleting a workspace deletes its servers, credentials, compiled surfaces, and logs.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
